Executive Assistant and Personal Assistant to the President (virtual / online / can be anywhere)
We want to hire a “virtual” personal assistant to work (online only) from Uzbekistan or Russia or anywhere.

Executive Administrative Assistant/ Personal Assistant Opening with top-tier television network in New York

REQUIREMENTS: • Ability to perform diverse supportive administrative duties involving high-level contacts and exposure to private information • A positive “Can-Do” attitude with the ability to multitask, take initiative and anticipate issues. • Meticulous attention to detail / pride in putting forth a quality work product. • Strong Organizational and planning skills • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Excellent proofreading skills with meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product • Proficiency in using computer “Office-type” programs • Ability to type at least 55 wpm • Must have flexibility to work long hours and overtime as needed.• Plus:  Work experience as an executive administrative assistant supporting C-level executives
SOME OF THE RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: • Prioritize and manage the scheduling of daily office and personal appointments in calendar • Manage eavy travel arrangements, processing expense reports, handling projects for presentations • Ensure continuous and timely phone and message coverage during business hours. • Prepare and organize agendas and presentation materials • Take initiative in writing and editing correspondence with minimal direction • Database updating and maintenance of contacts etc. • Other personal assistant duties as needed
