The bad news: I heard from one dealer, here in New York City, that the Netgear’s Skype WiFi Phone was so bad that they returned all of them to the manufacturer… One customer bought one, had it for three months and couldn’t connect to any public network, or even her own network at home.
However, the newest one, SMC’s new Skype WiFi Phone, which I told you about earlier, is supposed to be much better…
And there’s also a third one, made by Belkin… Belkin WiFi Phone for Skype
Are any of them really ready for prime time…?
